Understands fees paid to Dance Expressions Inc. will not be refunded for any reason.

Understands that once the monthly fee has been paid you are bound to that month of classes.

Understands there will be a $30.00 service charge levied for cheques not honoured by the bank.

Understands students who are registered for Program "A" must be committed to attend all of their classes and physically able to fully participate in every class. If absent or not fully participating for more than 3 classes in a term for any reason, including illness or injury, the student will not be eligible to continue studying in Program “A” and will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid.

Understands that if the competition fees are more than the deposit paid, the additional fees will be added once the competitions are decided.

Understands that it is unacceptable to find a teacher outside of the Dance Expressions Inc. to choreograph a special dance with the intension of entering competition without and/or against the studio.

Courtesy & Respect: All students and guardians will be held to the highest standards of conduct. Communicating negatively about anyone in or outside our studio will not be tolerated. Students are expected to show courtesy and respect to all instructors and other students. Any student who exhibits repeated negative or disrespectful behaviour will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid.

Understands that attendance for Dress Rehearsal and BOTH Matinee and Evening Recitals are mandatory for all students.

Authorizes Dance Expressions Inc. to publish photographs of the above-named student for any advertising in the news paper, website and social media.

Realizes that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Dance Expressions Inc.

Agrees to release and hold harmless Dance Expressions Inc., including its teachers, dancers, staff members and facilities used by Dance Expressions Inc. from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Dance Expressions Inc. liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behaviour in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Dance Expressions Inc..

Understands that Dance Expressions Inc. is licensed, accredited and insured. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Executive Director, Artistic Director, Individual Instructor or staff member as soon as possible.

If a dancer is sick, has any potential COVID related symptoms, has tested positive for COVID, or is awaiting testing results, or has been around someone who has tested positive for COVID they are to remain home from the studio, and the studio is to be notified.
